DONATE

Support our Work preparing local youth to become the next generation of soil scientists, agronomists, and sustainable farmers— building self-reliant communities from the ground up.

In 2024, Econautics participated in North Texas Giving Day for the first time and raised over $20,000. These funds allowed us to complete our year of community assessment in Fort Worth, develop partnerships, and launch our first local program – a science and gardening club at ILTexas – Woodhaven, a public charter school serving children from low-income families in east Fort Worth.

Throughout spring 2025, this pilot program provided as many as 40 middle school students fun and educational activities related to science, permaculture, and agronomy.

This year, we plan to serve up to 112 students by expanding the program to include fifth grade and to offer a more formalized curriculum designed to:

  • Introduce students to potential STEM careers related to permaculture, agronomy, environmental science and more
  • Reinforce classroom lessons in science, literacy, and math in alignment with Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) standards
  • Provide fun, hands-on science experiments to help students better understand science concepts while bonding with their peers
  • Prepare students to participate in their first science fair

At the same time, Econautics is continuing to grow our infrastructure with a long term goal of purchasing land where we can bring our programs to wider audiences. YOU can make a difference by donating urgently needed funds on North Texas Giving Day, Sept. 18, 2025, or any day by clicking the button below.
